Overview

• Microsoft has launched its AI chatbot app, Copilot, on Android and iOS platforms. The app was previously known as Bing Chat.
• The Copilot app offers features similar to the ChatGPT app, including the ability to chat, draft messages and emails, and support for text-to-image generation.
• The app is powered by OpenAI's large language model, and users can toggle on GPT-4 for use instead of the default GPT-3.5. Access to GPT-4 through the Copilot app is free.
• Copilot also includes OpenAI's most advanced AI image generator, DALL-E 3.
• It's unclear whether the Copilot app will eventually replace the Bing Chat app, as both apps currently offer similar functionality.
