Standing at 6 feet 10 inches, Kilburn's feet measure 13.5 inches, and he wears size 23 shoes, far above the average male size of 8.5 to 9.
Kilburn's hands extend to 9.13 inches, significantly larger than the average 7.4 inches for his age.
Due to his unique size, Kilburn faced difficulties finding shoes, leading to custom-made pairs costing over $1,500, until brands like Puma, Under Armour, and Reebok stepped in to help.
Inspired by the support he received, Kilburn and his mother founded the Big Shoe Network to assist others with similar challenges, promoting a message of embracing one's differences.
