• Quarterback Aidan Chiles went 22-for-29 for 270 yards with a touchdown and added 76 rushing yards as the Spartans built a 31-10 third-quarter lead and closed out a 41-24 win.
• Top receiver Nick Marsh caught six passes for 94 yards before exiting in the first half and not returning, and the team also saw running back Makhi Frazier and linemen Luka Vincic and Conner Moore leave with injuries.
