• Michigan announced the signing of quarterback transfer Jake Garcia on June 16, adding a veteran presence to its depth chart.
• Garcia, the No. 23 recruit in the 2021 class, compiled 2,376 career passing yards with 15 touchdowns and 16 interceptions across stints at Miami, Missouri, and East Carolina.
• He threw for 1,426 yards with eight touchdowns and 12 interceptions as East Carolina’s starter in 2024.
