Michelle Gass to Succeed Chip Bergh as Levi's CEO in January 2024

- Bergh, who has led Levi's since 2011, will remain as executive vice chair until his retirement in late April 2024, and will continue as an advisor through the end of the fiscal year.
- Gass, who joined Levi's as president in January 2023, will officially take on the CEO position on January 29, 2024.
- Under Bergh's leadership, Levi's transitioned from a predominantly men's U.S. wholesale pants business to a global, direct-to-consumer company, and returned to public markets with a successful IPO in 2019.
- Since joining Levi's, Gass has been responsible for leading the brand, including its product, merchandising, marketing functions, e-commerce, and global commercial operations.
