• Chefs will attend the invitation-only ceremony at the Wortham Center for the Performing Arts to learn if their restaurants have earned distinctions across Michelin’s categories.
• The event marks the second consecutive year Michelin has evaluated Texas dining since its inaugural 2024 edition honored 117 establishments statewide.
• Inspectors conducted anonymous assessments across 26 cuisine types based on Michelin’s five evaluation criteria.
• Last year’s Texas guide honored 117 establishments with 15 one-star ratings, 45 Bib Gourmand selections, 57 Recommended listings and two Green Stars.
• Gwendal Poullennec said the ceremony celebrates Texas’s rich culinary heritage and that he is excited to reveal inspectors’ findings.
