- 99 Sushi lost its star, the first removal reported for Abu Dhabi since the guide began.
- The selection now spans 56 recognised venues, with new main-list additions including Antonia, Novikov Abu Dhabi, Pincode by Kunal Kapur, Strawfire by Ross Shonhan and Sand & Koal.
- Bib Gourmand additions are Bua Thai Cafe, Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori Abu Dhabi and 3Fils Abu Dhabi; 3Fils also earned Opening of the Year, with special awards including Young Chef for Vittorio Nania and Exceptional Cocktails for Maria Luz Garcia and Mahesh Dhami.
