  • Antonio’s contract expired on August 7 and West Ham confirmed they will not offer him a new playing deal
  • In an official statement the club thanked the 35-year-old for ten years of service and said talks are underway over a potential non-playing role
  • He suffered a four-part femur fracture in a December 2024 crash that required surgical insertion of a rod and four screws
  • After months of rehabilitation Antonio made substitute appearances for Jamaica in the 2025 Gold Cup
  • Since joining from Nottingham Forest in 2015 he featured in 323 matches for West Ham, scored 83 goals, provided 42 assists and helped lift the 2022–23 Europa Conference League trophy
