Michaels Acquires Joann’s Private Labels and Expands Fabric, Sewing and Yarn Offerings

Following its acquisition of Joann’s intellectual property, Michaels is integrating Big Twist yarns with more than 600 new products in stores, online through a dedicated landing page.
