Michael Schumacher's Watch Collection Sells for $4.4 Million

The auction, held by Christie's in Geneva, marked the 30th anniversary of Schumacher's first Formula One Championship win.

Eight watches from Schumacher's collection were auctioned, including pieces by Rolex, F.P. Journe, and Audemars Piguet.
The highest bid was for a vintage Patek Philippe, which sold for $2.7 million.
A custom-made F.P. Journe watch gifted by Ferrari's Jean Todt fetched $1.5 million.
The sale included personalized watches featuring Ferrari emblems and Schumacher's racing helmet.
Schumacher, a seven-time F1 champion, has been out of public view since a 2013 skiing accident.
