The driver of the red Ferrari, Tenshi Angel, claimed they were not racing but were 'revving engines' and that Jordan's car was slightly behind his when the accident occurred.
Jordan, who was behind the wheel of his Ferrari on December 3 when he crashed into a parked Kia, did not provide police with information about what led to the crash.
No arrests were made at the scene and there were no signs of foul play or evidence of a DUI, according to the LAPD.
If law enforcement finds 'criminal culpability' in their investigation, they can forward the case to prosecutors for possible charges.
