MHT-CET 2026 Registration Opens as Maharashtra Adopts Two-Attempt Exam Model

The change mirrors JEE-Main to give candidates flexibility by counting the higher score.

Overview

  • Online applications are open January 10 to February 12 via the official portal at cetcell.mahacet.org.
  • The test will run twice in 2026 with the first session from April 11–26 and the second from May 10–17, with the best score used for admission.
  • An APAAR ID and Aadhaar are mandatory for registration, and applicants must upload personal details and Class 10 and 12 certificates.
  • Persons with Disabilities must submit a disability certificate or UDID card, and those using scribes must provide scribe details during the application.
  • MBA-MMS CET has the same registration window and will also offer two attempts, scheduled on April 6–8 for the first and May 9 for the second.
