Overview
- The Maharashtra CET Cell published the MHT CET 2026 final merit list on the official CAP portal on Tuesday, July 28, allowing registered candidates to view their final state and All‑India ranks.
- The list includes each candidate's name, application details, MHT CET percentile, state and category merit ranks, eligibility status and JEE Main rank where applicable for All‑India candidates.
- CAP Round 1 option entry opened for a three‑day window from July 28 to July 30 and the CET Cell scheduled the Round 1 provisional seat allotment for August 2 with seat acceptance and reporting set for August 3–5.
- The CET Cell said only candidates who completed registration and document verification by the published cutoff and who used the grievance window were included in the final list and emphasised that ranking does not itself confirm admission.
- Students must lock and prioritise college and branch choices, complete document verification, pay any seat‑acceptance fees and report to allotted institutes on time or risk losing seats; subsequent rounds will display vacant seats for further allotments.
