Overview

  • Registration began July 14 at 1 PM under MHADA Vice President Sanjeev Jaiswal, marking the start of a fully online application process.
  • Applicants must submit forms by 11:59 PM on August 13 and complete earnest money deposits by 11:59 PM on August 14 via MHADA’s portal.
  • The offering covers five housing categories, including 565 inclusive-housing flats, 3 002 integrated-urban units, 1 677 Konkan Board homes, 41 affordable dwellings and 77 residential plots.
  • MHADA will publish a provisional eligibility list on August 21, accept objections until August 25 and release the final list on September 1 on its official website.
  • The computerized draw will be held at 10 AM on September 3 at Thane’s Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium, with winners notified via SMS, email and the MHADA mobile app.
