Overview

  • Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde announced the results at 11 am, linking the allotment to a ₹50 lakh crore housing expansion plan.
  • MHADA received 1,84,994 applications, with 1,58,424 paying deposits, highlighting sustained demand for affordable units.
  • Homes are located across Thane city and district and Vasai in Palghar, while the plots are in Oros (Sindhudurg) and Kulgaon–Badlapur.
  • The draw covered five categories: 565 flats under the Comprehensive Housing Scheme, 3,002 under the Integrated City Housing Scheme, 1,746 Konkan Board and scattered flats, 41 under the Affordable Housing Scheme, plus 77 plots.
