MHADA Launches 2024 Lottery for Nearly 19,000 Affordable Homes in Maharashtra

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority offers a range of homes across income groups in Pune and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The MHADA lottery for 2024 has begun, offering 18,920 affordable homes in Pune and the Konkan Region, including the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Homes are priced between ₹12 lakh and ₹1.11 crore, catering to various income groups from economically weaker sections to higher income groups.
In the Pune region, 6,294 housing units are available, with the lottery process starting on October 10 and closing on November 12, 2024.
A total of 12,626 homes are available in the Konkan region, with 11,187 being sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Applicants can register and apply online through MHADA's official website, with the final list of eligible participants for the Pune lottery published on November 30, 2024.
