Overview
- Candidates can download the Tier-I merit list, individual scorecards and category-wise cutoff PDFs from the MHA portal at mha.gov.in.
- The computer-based Tier-I exam was held on September 16–18, 2025 across multiple shifts, carrying 100 marks with one mark per correct answer and a 0.25 mark penalty for wrong responses.
- The list of shortlisted roll numbers is arranged in ascending order without reflecting rank or merit, and the Bureau has reserved the right to correct the list if required.
- Through this recruitment, the Intelligence Bureau will fill 3,717 ACIO Grade-II (Executive) posts, with pay at Level-7 (Rs 44,900–1,42,400).
- Next stages include a 50-mark English descriptive Tier-II paper and a 100-mark interview, followed by verification and medical checks, with final selection based on combined scores across stages.
