MGM+ Greenlights New 'Robin Hood' Drama Series

The reimagined series, helmed by John Glenn and Jonathan English, will begin production in Serbia in early 2025 for a late 2025 debut.

The series will be a modern take on the classic Robin Hood tale, focusing on the relationship between Robin and Marian.
John Glenn will serve as showrunner and executive producer, while Jonathan English will direct and co-write.
The 10-episode first season will be produced by Lionsgate Television and executive produced by Todd Lieberman of Hidden Pictures.
Filming is set to begin at PFI Studios in Serbia in February 2025, with a premiere on MGM+ later in the year.
The show will be available to MGM+ viewers in multiple regions, including the U.K., Italy, Germany, Spain, and Latin America.
