MGI and FGV Publish CPNU 2 Objective-Test Results, Set Next Steps for Discursive Phase

Eligible applicants now face a December 7 written exam under rules that expand second-phase slots to meet gender parity.

Overview

  • Final results, definitive answer keys, appeal decisions, answer-sheet images, individual score reports, rankings and minimum cutoffs are available on the FGV tracking page.
  • Only candidates who met the objective-test thresholds advance to the discursive exam scheduled for December 7, with confirmation cards due on December 1.
  • Reserved-category applicants were called to verify eligibility starting November 12, and those required to submit academic titles must upload documents from November 13 to 19.
  • Second-phase calls generally include up to nine times the number of vacancies per post, and may expand to ensure at least 50% women without displacing already classified candidates; a minimum of 40% correct is required to remain eligible.
  • The 2025 edition offers 3,652 federal jobs across 32 agencies, including 3,144 higher-education posts and 508 intermediate-level roles, with 2,480 immediate hires and 1,172 slated for near-term appointment.
