Overview

• Gas Drawls LLC, founded by MF Doom and Jasmine Dumile Thompson, filed a 32-page lawsuit in California’s Central District accusing Whaleco Inc. (Temu) of trademark infringement, unfair competition and misappropriation of likeness.
