Overview

• The preventive home-visit initiative logged 2.2 million medical consultations and is approaching its 10 million-visit milestone.
• Thirteen hospitals and nine Unidades de Medicina Familiar are now operational, with 18 more hospitals and three clinics slated to open by year-end.
• An investment of 284 billion pesos in centralized medicine procurement has driven distribution rates to 96–97 percent at IMSS and 93 percent at ISSSTE, with deliveries completing this month.
• Under the “2-30-100” strategy, IMSS has completed 831,328 surgeries in 2025, reaching 41 percent of its two-million procedure goal.
• Specialty and family medicine consultations have climbed to 13.9 million (46 percent of target) and 57 million (57 percent of target), respectively.
