Overview
- The Comisión Reguladora de Telecomunicaciones convened its five-member Pleno on Oct. 21 and approved internal guidelines to start operations.
- A transitory article in the new telecom law suspends all related procedures for 15 business days once the Pleno is integrated.
- The CRT, a deconcentrated body within the Agency of Digital Transformation and Telecommunications, replaces the dissolved IFT and takes charge of spectrum, orbital resources and satellite services.
