Mexico's Mobile Registration Faces Massive Shortfall With June 30 Cutoff

• As of June 1 the CRT reports 52,376,625 mobile lines have been linked to a CURP, leaving more than 92 million lines unlinked with less than a month until the June 30 deadline.
