Mexico Launches Michoacán Peace Plan to 'Seal' State With Security Surge and 57 Billion-Peso Investment

  • Defense unveiled Operación Paricutín to contain criminal movement with 10,506 Army, Air Force and National Guard personnel, five helicopters, unmanned systems, anti-drone tools and antiblockade tactics aimed at extortion and homicides.
