Mexico Warns of Early-Week Deluge as Buenos Aires Starts Wet, Then Warms

The strongest impacts are expected Tuesday in Veracruz, Oaxaca, Tabasco and Chiapas with intense rainfall, gusty winds and elevated Pacific surf.
