New official benchmarks equip consumers with current LP ranges alongside gasoline averages nationwide.

Overview

  • The National Energy Commission published LP gas prices for August 24–30 covering Mexico City and the State of Mexico, including a 10.59 pesos per liter minimum with VAT and a 19.61 pesos per kilogram maximum in the capital.
  • This week’s LP extremes show Baja California Sur up to 23.18 pesos per kilogram with VAT and Coahuila at 17.90 pesos per kilogram.
  • At 07:00 on August 25, PETROIntelligence reported national averages of 23.481 pesos per liter for Magna, 25.766 for Premium, and 26.262 for diesel.
  • For Mexico City at the same hour, PETROIntelligence posted averages of 23.503 pesos per liter for Magna, 25.834 for Premium, and 25.862 for diesel.
