- Since July 6, the 089 tip line logged 32,600 extortion-related calls, with 69% reported as not consummated, according to the SSPC.
- Authorities reported 212 detentions for extortion across 15 states, with 84% concentrated in Michoacán, Guerrero, State of Mexico, Guanajuato, Tabasco and Oaxaca.
- At the XXXI Plenary Assembly, SSPC chief Omar García Harfuch and FGR head Alejandro Gertz Manero credited intergovernmental coordination for recent results.
