• Mexico recorded more than 8.4 million international visitors in July, a 12.3% annual increase, according to Inegi.
• Overnight international tourists reached 4.24 million, up 6.1% year over year, with arrivals by air up 0.7% and by land up 15.7%.
• Total foreign‑exchange earnings from international visitors rose 10.2% to $3,000.7 million, including $2,728.2 million from overnight tourists.
• The average spend per visitor slipped 1.9% to $357, while internación tourists spent an average of $1,032.94, up 6%, including $1,193.64 for those arriving by air, up 8.8%.
