- CNBBBJ confirmed that students who enrolled in October will start receiving cards on November 25, while continuity payments for existing beneficiaries were covered last month.
- Distribution will occur at public schools and designated venues, and Banco del Bienestar branches will not hand out new cards; schools will notify dates, times, and locations.
- To collect the card, minors must present their birth certificate, CURP, recent proof of address, and their parent or tutor’s ID, birth certificate, and CURP; adults must bring official ID, birth certificate, CURP, and recent proof of address.

- First deposits to newly issued cards are expected to be reflected starting in December 2025, with payments of 1,900 pesos bimonthly and an additional 700 pesos per extra secondary student under Rita Cetina; replacement of expired cards has been underway since November 17.
