• Mexico’s Foreign Ministry said Juan Ramón de la Fuente will represent President Claudia Sheinbaum at the high‑level segment in New York starting Monday, Sept. 22.
• He is slated to deliver Mexico’s statement during the General Debate and take part in ministerial meetings on key multilateral issues.
• The agenda includes bilateral meetings with counterparts from other countries throughout the high‑level week.
• The General Debate of the 80th session is scheduled for Sept. 23–27 and will conclude on Sept. 29 under the theme “Juntas y juntos somos mejores: más de 80 años al servicio de la paz, el desarrollo y los derechos humanos.”
