- The Mobility Secretariat published the decree in the state gazette after negotiations with transport operators under Governor Delfina Gómez's administration.
- Collective corridors will charge 14 pesos for the first 5 kilometers, with each additional kilometer at 0.25 pesos and an option to round to 0.50 pesos.
- Mixed-service corridors adopt an 11-peso base for the first 10 kilometers, with southern and rural mixed routes capped at 11 pesos.
- Older adults presenting an INAPAM credential will continue to pay 12 pesos, and children under five ride free.
- Concessionaires must display the tariff pyramid, train operators, renew units, maintain active vehicle and passenger insurance, and meet new administrative requirements.
