Overview
- Nearly two million women aged 60–64 who registered in August are slated to receive their card at assigned modules nationwide.
- The card is required to receive the 3,000‑peso bimonthly pension, with first deposits for many recipients expected to begin in November.
- Pickup requires a valid official ID in original and copy and the purple registration slip (talón morado); staff will take a verification photograph and hand over the card in a sealed envelope.
- Delivery is strictly personal and will not be given to relatives or representatives; if a beneficiary cannot attend for health reasons, Bienestar will arrange home delivery.
- Those who miss their slot should contact the Secretaría de Bienestar or visit a module to reprogram or attend designated rezagados days; appointment details can be checked via SMS and the CURP tool on gob.mx/bienestar.
