- Welfare Secretary Ariadna Montiel set the delivery window to distribute nearly 2 million Banco del Bienestar cards to women who enrolled in August.
- Beneficiaries will receive a message or call with the exact day, time and location to pick up their card, and a CURP-based lookup will be posted on the Bienestar website this week.
- To collect the card, recipients must present an official photo ID in original and copy and hand in the purple registration receipt, with a photo taken at delivery.
- Cards are delivered only to the rightsholder, who must sign a receipt, and those unable to attend due to health or disability can request delivery at their registered address.
