Overview

• Authorities logged 37 victims of homicidio doloso nationwide on September 25, the lowest single-day total in seven years, with Guanajuato reporting six cases.
• From January through August, Mexico recorded 444 feminicidios, averaging about 1.8 per day, according to SESNSP data.
• Five entities concentrate roughly one-third of feminicides: Estado de México (40), Chihuahua (30), Ciudad de México (26), Morelos (25) and Sinaloa (25).
