• More than 400,000 platform workers have been enrolled in IMSS coverage since the pilot launched.
• CFCRL-approved standardized contracts bar drivers and couriers from accepting orders on multiple apps during active services.
• Platforms will rely on digital service logs to detect simultaneous acceptances and may suspend or temporarily disconnect violators.
• Workers earning at least the minimum wage in the pilot qualify for social security, Infonavit, vacation, year-end bonus and profit sharing.
