Mexico Marks Firefighters’ Day With Tributes, Pledges and Policy Moves

Ceremonies doubled as announcements of pledges, equipment commitments, funding reforms.

  • Municipal events in Morelia and Tijuana featured incentives, recognitions and equipment support, with Morelia citing over 1,500 calls attended this year and Tijuana marking 103 years of its fire department.
