Overview
- SEP, Conafe and UPES are offering community educators in high-marginalization localities an accredited online bachelor’s in primary education.
- Registration is available until August 15 on the UPES admissions portal, with classes held in inter-week and Saturday formats to fit working schedules.
- The two-year curriculum covers innovation in teaching practice; society, education and communities; and professional formation and development.
- Participants will validate their in-service experience, earn an officially recognized degree with community focus, and receive certificates to support entry into the national education system.
- Educators already enrolled at UPES benefit from partial tuition exemptions, and new students can integrate as Conafe community educators.
