Overview

• Mexico’s meteorological service issued a 96-hour advisory calling for widespread strong to intense rainfall driven by the Mexican monsoon, low-pressure channels and Cold Front No. 2.
• Saturday’s outlook targets Durango for 75–150 mm of rain, with very strong accumulations in Zacatecas, Nuevo León and Tamaulipas, plus thunderstorms, possible hail and 40–60 km/h wind gusts.
