Overview
- Protection Civil reported 112 isolated localities, concentrated in Hidalgo (74), Veracruz (31) and Puebla (7), with 10 Hidalgo communities still unreachable by land or air though access operations were planned for today.
- Direct support of 20,000 pesos per registered household starts Oct. 22 in Veracruz, Puebla, Querétaro and San Luis Potosí, and Oct. 25–Nov. 5 in Hidalgo, with 70,445 homes censused and an initial 10 billion pesos budgeted.
- The health response totals 91,500 medical attendances and about 49,000 vaccinations, while IMSS transported 46.5 tonnes of humanitarian supplies including water, electrolytes and collected donations.
