• Nelson Arturo Echuzuria, identified as the group’s principal operator in the capital, was arrested in Iztapalapa under court warrants alongside two collaborators.
• Authorities named the associates as Lucas Alberto Vielma Rojas and Marcos Gabriel Ortega Sotillo following coordinated actions by SSPC, the Army, the Navy, the National Guard, the FGR, and Mexico City police and prosecutors.
