- Foreign Minister Juan Ramón de la Fuente said 115.9 million pesos from the Sept. 15 Lotería Nacional draw will be dedicated to urgent support for Mexicans in the United States.
- The package centers on legal representation and guidance in immigration and criminal matters, including court defense, deportation cases, aid for detained minors and strengthened payment of immigration bonds.
- Capacity will be reinforced at 11 high‑demand consulates—Brownsville, Detroit, Philadelphia, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Miami, New Brunswick, New Orleans, Omaha, Presidio and San Bernardino.

- Additional actions include protection visits to detention, work centers and prisons, mobile jornadas in remote areas, disaster‑response support and wider distribution of preventive information.
