Overview

• Two Boeing 727 transports departed Base Aérea Militar No. 19 at 14:40 on September 27 carrying 90 Special Forces troops each to Tijuana and Ciudad Juárez.
• A third company of 90 personnel moved by road from Temamatla, State of Mexico, to Guanajuato in 12 troop carriers.
