- President Claudia Sheinbaum confirmed Monday that roughly 250 foreign security and intelligence personnel are officially accredited to operate in Mexico after review by an interagency Security Cabinet.

- Mexican officials detected U.S. personnel conducting an unauthorized operation in Chihuahua earlier this spring and asked the U.S. embassy to remove those agents, which the embassy complied with.
