Overview
- The parade will start at the Puerta de los Leones in Bosque de Chapultepec and proceed along Paseo de la Reforma, Avenida Juárez, Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas and 5 de Mayo before finishing in the Zócalo.
- City security and traffic agencies will deploy an operations plan with road closures beginning hours before the event, and they urge those not attending to avoid Reforma and the Historic Center.
- Drivers are advised to use Circuito Interior, Eje 1 Norte, Avenida Chapultepec, José María Izazaga, Fray Servando Teresa de Mier and Eje 1 Oriente as alternatives.
- Metrobús service may be modified on Lines 1, 3, 4 and 7, with possible station closures at Reforma, Hamburgo, Hidalgo, Juárez, Balderas, Mina and Buenavista, while Metro stations such as Zócalo–Tenochtitlan, Bellas Artes and Pino Suárez could see heavy demand.
- Spectacle elements include monumental floats, giant skull marionettes, a contingent of stilt-walkers and a large trajinera, as concurrent attractions remain time-limited with the Zócalo Mega Ofrenda and the Festival de Flores de Cempasúchil running through November 2 and the alebrijes display through November 9.
