Overview
- The Servicio de Transportes Eléctricos confirmed that Unión de Guadalupe, Covadonga and Ejidal will open to passengers on Sunday, August 24.
- Service at the new stations will run from 4:30 to 00:30 Monday through Saturday and from 5:00 to 00:00 on Sundays and holidays.
- Officials completed trial runs through the three Chalco stops to verify proper vehicle passage before starting regular service.
- Line 11 spans 33.5 kilometers from Chalco to Santa María de la Ribera and integrates with Trolebús Line 10, Metro Line A and Cablebús Line 2.
- Nine stations have operated since May 18, and further openings will follow testing, with Xico, La Virgen and Teotongo still pending.
