- SEDEMA began the post-holiday collection on Jan. 6, with sites operating citywide into mid-February.
- Bosque de San Juan de Aragón (Puerta 7) accepts trees and poinsettias from Jan. 6 to Feb. 15, Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00–14:00.
- Additional drop-offs include Mercado de Trueque on Jan. 11 (8:00–13:00) and Feb. 8 at Parque Tezozómoc for poinsettias, plus Parque Ecológico de Xochimilco all January, 10:00–16:00.
- CCA Yautlica (Iztapalapa), CCA Acuexcomatl (Xochimilco) and CCA Ecoguardas (Tlalpan) receive poinsettias throughout January.
- Residents must remove lights, plastics, cables, nails and paper so the material can be processed into compost and vegetative cover that advances circular-economy goals.
