Overview

• The city health authority’s latest update lists 29 deaths, 16 people still hospitalized and 39 discharged following the September 10 explosion in Iztapalapa.
• The newly reported fatalities are Adolfo Franco Madrigal, 36, who was treated at ISSSTE Zaragoza, and Alí Yael González Aranda, 18, a CECyT 7 student of the IPN who had been at the National Rehabilitation Institute.
• The Fiscalía deployed four mobile Ministerio Público units at Rubén Leñero, ISSSTE Zaragoza, Magdalena de las Salinas and the National Rehabilitation Institute to support families in legal procedures.

• ISSSTE reports three patients remain in its facilities, two in very serious condition and one serious but stable, and the dead include tanker driver Fernando Soto Munguía, 34.
