Overview
- Hearings will run from November 18 to December 5, opening with Álvaro Obregón, Azcapotzalco and Benito Juárez on November 18, followed by Coyoacán, Cuajimalpa and Cuauhtémoc on November 21.
- Gustavo A. Madero, Iztacalco and Iztapalapa are set for November 24; Magdalena Contreras, Miguel Hidalgo and Milpa Alta for November 26; Tláhuac, Tlalpan and Venustiano Carranza for November 28; and Xochimilco for December 1.
- Autonomous and judicial bodies will appear on December 1 (Electoral Tribunal and Administrative Justice Tribunal), December 3 (INFO-CDMX, Evaluation Council and Superior Court), and December 5 (Attorney General’s Office, local Electoral Institute, UACM and Human Rights Commission).
- The sessions are intended to collect detailed data on 2025 spending execution and 2026 budget needs to strengthen analysis and approval of the city’s Economic Package.
- Each session is capped at two hours with 10 minutes for the presenter, five minutes per parliamentary group and a 10‑minute block response, and agencies must email editable documentation and explain any investment underspending with causes and an austerity report.
