  • SMN and SGIRPC issued a severe-weather notice for Mexico City from 16:00 to midnight forecasting heavy rain, lightning, hail and gusts and urging residents to avoid sheltering under trees and secure loose objects.
  • Rainfall probability in Mexico City peaks between 16:00 and 19:00 with up to a 67% chance of storms, according to The Weather Channel’s guidance.
  • AEMET elevated heat alerts to orange and red across 46 Spanish provinces, including Valladolid where highs may reach 39 °C, while AEMET-based forecasts show clear, dry conditions with 0% rain probability in Galician towns.
  • Argentina’s SMN placed eastern Buenos Aires and Andean areas under yellow alerts for extreme cold with lows near −1 °C and strong winds gusting up to 87 km/h, issuing health advisories for vulnerable groups.
