Overview

• The early voting phase opened on August 4 and runs through August 14, enabling 19,327 registrants to select from 13,357 citizen-submitted projects via the SEI app
• The SEI platform accommodates remote participation by Mexico City residents abroad, 89 homebound individuals in states of postración and their primary caregivers
• IECM staff will deploy offline electronic tablets to allow 2,690 pretrial detainees in penitentiary centers to cast their opinions
• An agreement with the Federal Educational Authority will see 2,427 opinion-receiving tables installed across 502 school facilities for the August 17 in-person consultation
• No polling will take place in the Ramos Millán Bramadero unit in Iztacalco or La Cañada in Xochimilco due to a lack of registered projects
